The steering wheel can be adjusted before driving. It can also be raised to make it easier to get into the vehicle.

The steering wheel should be positioned so that it is comfortable to drive and allows you to see the warning lights and gauges on the instrument cluster.

WARNING

  • Never adjust the steering wheel position while driving. You could lose control of the vehicle, risking an accident and personal injury.
  • After making the adjustment, make sure the steering wheel is locked by pushing it up and down.

Manual type To change the steering wheel tilt, pull down the release lever (1), adjust the steering wheel to the desired position (2), then lock the steering wheel by pulling the lever up. Adjust the steering wheel before driving.
