When the ignition switch is in the ON position, press the button to heat the steering wheel.

The indicator on the button comes on.

To turn off the steering wheel heater, press the switch again.

The indicator on the button goes off.

The heated steering wheel will turn off automatically after 30 minutes of operation.

If the ignition is switched back on within half an hour of turning off the engine (after pressing the button), the heater will remain active.

WARNING

  • Do not install any handle to operate the steering wheel. This could damage the heated steering wheel.
  • To clean the heated steering wheel, do not use organic solvents such as thinner, benzene, alcohol or gasoline. Doing so would damage the surface of the steering wheel.
  • If the surface of the steering wheel is damaged by sharp objects, the heater components may also be damaged.

Horn To sound the horn, press the horn symbol on the steering wheel.

Check the horn periodically to make sure it works properly.

NOTE To sound the horn, press the area marked with the horn symbol on the steering wheel (see figure). The horn only sounds when this area is pressed.

WARNING To sound the horn, do not strike the horn pad forcefully or with your fist. Do not press the horn pad with pointed or sharp objects.
