To recline the seatback:

  1. Lean slightly forward and pull the seatback release lever.
  2. Gently lean back against the seatback and set it to the desired position.
  3. Release the lever and make sure the seatback is locked in place. (For the seatback to lock, the lever must return to its original position.)
