(1) Reading lamp (if equipped)

Press the switch to turn the lamp on or off. This lamp provides a focused beam of light for conveniently reading a map at night. It can also serve as a personal lamp for the driver and the front seat passenger.

(2) OFF

In the OFF position, the lamp remains off at all times, even when a door is opened.

(3) DOOR

The lamp illuminates when any door (or the tailgate) is opened, regardless of the ignition switch position. If the doors are unlocked with the remote (or smart key), or the key is removed from the ignition switch, the lamp turns on for approx.

30 seconds unless any door is opened.

The interior lamp gradually turns off approx. 30 seconds after the doors are closed.

However, if the ignition switch is in the ON position or all doors are locked, the lamp turns off immediately. If a door is opened with the ignition switch in the ACC or LOCK position, the lamp remains on for approximately 20 minutes.

However, if a door is opened while the ignition switch is in the ON position, the lamp remains on at all times.

(4) ON

In the ON position, the lamp remains on at all times.

CAUTION If the engine is off, do not leave the switch in this position for an extended period.
