Floor mats
WARNING
Make sure the floor mats are properly secured with the retainers so they cannot slide under the pedals (driver's side): Using an unsecured floor mat is dangerous, as it may interfere with operation of the accelerator and brake pedals (driver's side) and lead to an accident.
Use floor mats that match the shape and size of the driver's floor area, and check that they are positioned correctly.
Secure the floor mat with the retainers.
Depending on the type of floor mat, there are different ways to secure it, so use the method that matches the type of mat you have.
After installing the floor mat, make sure it does not shift sideways or forward and backward, and that there is sufficient clearance under the brake and accelerator pedals on the driver's side.
After removing the floor mat for cleaning or any other reason, always secure the floor mat when refitting it, observing the precautions above.
On the driver's side, do not stack two floor mats on top of each other: Stacking two floor mats on the driver's side is dangerous, as the retainers can hold only one mat.
Loose floor mats may interfere with pedal operation and lead to an accident.
To use the rubber winter floor mat, remove the carpet floor mat.

Position the mat so that its retainers or fasteners are placed over the ends of the mounting pins.
