The bolt must always be replaced. 3 – bolt, 15 N·m 4 – lower timing belt cover 5 – center timing belt cover 6 – bolt, 10 N·m 7 – bolt, 45 N·m 8 – engine mount 9 – upper timing belt cover 10 – timing belt. Check for wear. Mark the direction of rotation before removal. Do not bend the belt. 11 – bolt, tightening torque: 20 N·m + 1/4 turn (90°). 3 pcs., for the two-piece injection pump pulley. Bolts must always be replaced. 12 – bolt, 20 N·m 13 – idler pulley bolt. 3036 is required for loosening and tightening. 15 – camshaft sprocket. Remove from the taper by tapping with a hammer and drift through the opening in the rear timing belt cover. 16 – semi-automatic tensioner pulley 17 – idler pulley 18 – injection pump pulley, two-piece design 19 – bolt, 10 N·m 20 – bolt, 30 N·m 21 – rear timing belt cover. Insert from the front at the lower edge behind the sealing flange. 22 – coolant pump 23 – idler pulley. Must be disconnected before removing the coolant pump. 24 – crankshaft timing sprocket. No oil may be present on the contact surface of the pulley/crankshaft. Installed position: the surfaces of the pulley and crankshaft must align. 25 – bolt, 30 N·m 26 – bushing 27 – nut 28 – injection pump. Do not loosen the central bolt on the pump hub. 29 – bracket 30 – bolt, 45 N·m
