Shoulder belt 1 must run as close to the neck as possible, but must not touch it.

Lap belt 2 must lie flat across the thighs and be pulled firmly against the pelvis. The belt should fit as closely as possible to the body. For example, avoid wearing overly thick clothing and do not place any objects under the belt.
