Anti-pinch device

The sunroof is fitted with an anti-pinch device which can detect obstacles during the closing movement. In such an event, the system stops and immediately reverses the direction of the roof.

After a possible disconnection of the battery or interruption of the fuse, the sunroof operation must be re-initialised.

Proceed as follows:

• Keep push button a – fig. 77 pressed until the roof is fully closed. Release the push button;
• Press and hold push button a for at least 10 seconds and/or until you notice a forward movement of the glass panel.

  Then release the push button;

• Within 5 seconds after the action described above, press and hold push button a: the glass panel opens and then closes fully. Only release the push button once the procedure is complete.
