Headlight levelling control

Use buttons a and b (fig. 100) on the central cover. If the vehicle is fitted with xenon (gas discharge) headlights, headlight adjustment is electronic and buttons a and b are not fitted.

Pressing button a raises the light beam by one position. Pressing button b lowers it by one position.

The displays c in the instrument panel show the position during adjustment.

Position 0 - one or two people in the front seats.

Position 1 - five people.

Position 2 - five people + load in the boot.

Position 3 - driver + maximum permitted load in the boot.

Note: check the alignment of the light beams whenever the load carried changes.
