PROCEDURE

1. Install the rocker arms and springs on the rocker arm shaft. Install the rocker arm shaft on the cylinder head and secure with bolts, tightening them to the specified torque.
Torque: 20–27 N•m

3. Install the cylinder head cover and secure with bolts, tightening them to the specified torque.

Torque: 8–10 N•m

PROCEDURE

Before installing the cylinder head cover, apply a coat of sealant to the mating surface of the cylinder head.

1. Apply a thin layer of sealant, otherwise it will be squeezed under the cylinder head cover and may interfere with the valve train.

3. Установите кожух зубчатого ремня.

3. Install the timing belt cover.

Torque: 10–12 N•m

4. Install the air cleaner.
5. Install the large hose and the PCV valve.
