All-Season Tires. Summer Tires. Winter Tires

All-Season Tires

HYUNDAI fits all-season tires on certain models to provide good performance for year-round use, including snowy and icy road conditions. All-season tires are marked ALL SEASON and/or M+S (Mud and Snow) on the tire sidewall. Winter tires provide better traction on snow than all-season tires and may be more suitable in some regions.

Summer Tires

HYUNDAI fits summer tires on certain models to provide superior performance on dry roads. Summer tire performance is significantly reduced on snow and ice. Summer tires do not have the M+S (Mud and Snow) traction rating on the tire sidewall. If you plan to drive in snowy or icy conditions, HYUNDAI recommends using winter tires or all-season tires on all four wheels.

Winter Tires

If you equip your vehicle with winter tires, they must be the same size and have the same load capacity as the original tires. Winter tires should be installed on all four wheels; otherwise, poor handling may result. Winter tires must be inflated to 4 psi (28 kPa) more than the recommended standard tire pressure shown on the tire placard on the driver's side center pillar, or to the maximum pressure marked on the tire sidewall, whichever is lower. Do not drive faster than 75 mph (120 km/h) when your vehicle is equipped with winter tires.
