Low-Profile Tire (if equipped)
Low-profile tires with an aspect ratio of less than 50 provide a sporty look and handling.
These tires are optimized for handling and braking and therefore may reduce ride comfort and produce more road noise than conventional tires.
WARNING
Because the sidewall of a low-profile tire is shorter than that of a conventional tire, these tires and the wheels they are mounted on are more vulnerable to damage. Therefore, we recommend that you follow the advice below.
- On rough roads and trails, drive carefully to avoid damaging the tires or wheels. Then inspect the wheels and tires.
- When driving over a pothole, speed bump, manhole cover, or curb, drive slowly to avoid damaging the tires or wheels.
- If a tire is damaged, inspect it or contact an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.
- To prevent damage, check the tire condition and inflation pressure every 3,000 km.
WARNING
- Tire defects are not easy to see with the naked eye. If you are in doubt about the tire condition, even if no damage is visible, have the tire inspected or replaced to prevent air leakage.
- Any tire damage resulting from driving on rough roads, trails, potholes, manhole covers, or curbs is not covered by the warranty.
- Tire information is printed on the tire sidewall.
