Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
.png)
Electronic Stability Control helps stabilize the vehicle when cornering.
ESC monitors the direction in which you are steering and the direction in which the vehicle is actually moving. ESC applies brake pressure to any of the vehicle's brakes and intervenes in the engine control system to help the driver keep the vehicle on the intended path. ESC is not a substitute for safe driving practices. Always adjust your speed and driving to road conditions.
WARNING
Never drive too fast for road conditions when cornering. ESC cannot prevent a collision.
Excessive speed in turns, sudden maneuvers and hydroplaning on wet surfaces can result in serious collisions.
