Description and Operation

Description

The in-vehicle temperature sensor is built into the heater and A/C control unit.

The sensor consists of a thermistor that measures the internal temperature. The signal is determined by the resistance value, which changes according to the sensed interior temperature. It is sent to the heater control unit, which controls the interior temperature to the set value based on this signal.
