WARNING
FCA is only a supplementary system for driver convenience. The driver is responsible for controlling the vehicle. Do not rely solely on the FCA system. Always maintain a safe braking distance and, if necessary, press the brake pedal to reduce speed.
- Due to detection limitations, FCA may not provide warning messages or alarms in certain situations. Refer to the "System Limitations" section for additional information.
- If the FCA malfunctions, automatic braking control does not operate, even though the other brake systems are functioning normally.
- FCA only recognizes vehicles and pedestrians directly ahead while driving forward. It does not identify animals or vehicles traveling in the opposite direction.
- FCA cannot recognize crossing movement or parked vehicles seen from the side.
- The FCA system may not activate if the driver presses the brake pedal to avoid a collision.
- The FCA system does not operate when the vehicle is moving in reverse. In these cases, maintain a safe braking distance and, if necessary, press the brake pedal to reduce speed.
