Repair Procedures

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

  1. Kurbelwellendämpfer Riemenscheibe ausbauen.

    (Siehe Antriebsriemensystem - "Kurbelwellendämpferriemenscheibe")

  2. Vorderen Öldichtring (A) der Kurbelwelle entfernen.

  3. Install new front oil seal using special service tools (09214-1R100, 09231-H1100) and apply engine oil to the edge of the new oil seal.
