Fog lamps

Removing the fog lamps on models with 4- and 5-cylinder engines – step one: after removing the strip (3), the mounting bolts (2) become accessible. Item (1) is the adjusting screw.

Removing the fog lamps on models with 4- and 5-cylinder engines – step two: after pressing the wire clip (1), the cover (2) can be opened.

Bulb Replacement

PROCEDURE

Models with 4- and 5-cylinder engines: detach the strip from the outside of the fog lamp. Remove the two lower mounting bolts.

Pull the fog lamp forward, guiding the mounting lugs out of the guides in the bumper.

Remove the rear cover.

Models with 6-cylinder engines: remove the turn signal lamp.

Remove the two mounting bolts and pull the fog lamp out of the bumper toward the outside of the vehicle.

Press the wire clip and remove the rear cover.

All models: compress the spring retaining brackets at the bulb mount and fold them back.

Pull out the bulb.

When installing a new bulb, the bulb socket must fit precisely into the recess in the reflector.

Installation note: first insert the lamp into the opening, then hook the mounting pin into the bumper toward the center of the vehicle.
