If the headlamp lens is damaged or the reflector has become dull, it is not necessary to replace the entire headlamp immediately. Both parts can be purchased separately, specifying the manufacturer (Hella or Bosch). Installation requires disassembling the removed headlamp.


PROCEDURE

Release all retaining clips around the headlamp lens.

Remove the lens and the sealing rubber.

Carefully pry off the chrome decorative trim around the reflector and pull it out.

Turn both adjusting screws until the reflector can no longer be lifted by hand.

Remove the Phillips-head screw from the reflector fixed mount.

After assembly, adjust the headlamp.
