Remove or disconnect:

PROCEDURE.

1. Air conditioning compressor drive belt..

2. Loosen generator mounting bolt A (see figure V-Belt)..

3. Generator V-belt drive.

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Generator drive belt B, measure belt tension at point C..

Warning.

V-belt tension must be 330–370 N (for both new and used belts)..

2. Tighten generator mounting bolt A to 25 N·m..

3. Air conditioning compressor drive belt. Adjust belt tension.
