4. Idle air control valve electrical connector D and throttle position sensor connector E, located on throttle body 97..

Throttle cable 101 and cable housing bracket 99..

5. Generator belt and generator bracket bolt..

6. Canister purge hose G, coolant supply hose from.

7. Fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose I, air conditioning hose K, brake booster hose J, absolute pressure sensor hose L and ECM "ground" wire M..

Installation

PROCEDURE.

1. Intake manifold 92 with new gasket 91 (see figure. Intake manifold bolt and nut tightening sequence.

2. Nuts 94 and bolts

95. Tighten the intake manifold nuts and bolts to 25 N·m in the sequence shown in figure. Tightening sequence.

3. Intake manifold bracket 76, upper bolts 77, lower bolt

78. Tighten upper bolts 77 to 25 N·m and lower bolt 78 to 40 N·m..

4. Fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose I, air conditioning hose K, brake booster hose J, absolute pressure sensor hose L and ECM "ground" wire M..

5. Canister purge hose G, coolant supply hose H to the throttle body.

7. Generator drive belt and adjust belt tension..
