PROCEDURE

1. Отсоедините напорный шланг от насоса усилителя рулевого управления. Между

1. Disconnect the pressure hose from the power steering pump. Connect the special measuring tool between the disconnected pressure hose and the pump, as shown in the illustration.
2. Bleed the power steering hydraulic system, then start the engine and turn the steering wheel several times until the fluid temperature rises to 50 °C.
3. Increase the engine speed to 1000 min⁻¹.
4. Close the special tool shut-off valve and measure the pressure.
Fluid pressure generated by the power steering pump: 6.2 MPa

Do not keep the special tool shut-off valve closed for more than 10 s.

5. Remove the special tools and connect the pressure hose to the pump, tightening the hose union nut to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 55–65 N·m
6. Bleed air from the power steering hydraulic system.
