ABS HECU Hydraulic Unit

Installation

PROCEDURE

1. Разъедините тормозные трубки от блока HECU.

1. Disconnect the brake tubes from the HECU.
2. Unscrew the bracket mounting bolts and remove the HECU together with the bracket.

Предупреждение

Do not disassemble the HECU hydraulic unit.

Transport the HECU unit in an upright position with the unit ports sealed by suitable plugs, as brake fluid must not drain from the unit.

3. Отсоедините от блока HECU электрический разъем.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the HECU.

Installation

PROCEDURE

1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
2. Tighten the modulator mounting bolts and the brake tube nuts to the specified torque.

Tightening torques:

HECU mounting bolt: 8–10 N·m
Brake tube connecting nuts: 13–17 N·m
