Storage Compartments
The Kia Opirus (2003–2011) offers numerous practical storage compartments, from the center console and the Multi-Box to the lockable glove box. These well-designed storage spaces let you stow small items securely and within easy reach without affecting driving comfort. Safety and usage notes emphasize the importance of keeping lids closed while driving and not storing flammable materials in the interior. This keeps the cabin tidy and provides a high level of safety.
NOTE
- To prevent theft, do not leave valuables in the storage compartments.
- Store items in the storage compartments so that they cannot move while driving. This prevents unnecessary noise while driving and the risk of possible hazards.
- Keep storage compartment lids closed while driving. Only store as many items in a storage compartment that the lid can be closed securely.
Do not store lighters, gas cylinders or other flammable/explosive materials in the vehicle. Such items and materials may catch fire or explode if the vehicle is exposed to high outside temperatures for extended periods.
