REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

  1. Discharge the refrigerant from the system.

  2. Replace faulty lines or hoses.

  3. Tighten the bolt or nut to the specified torque.

  4. Evacuate the refrigerant system and recharge with refrigerant.

    Recommended quantity: 450 ± 25 g (15.7 ± 0.88 oz).

  5. Check for refrigerant leaks.

    Use a gas leak detector to check for refrigerant leaks.

  6. Check the air conditioner operation.
