Repair Procedures

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

  1. Condenser removal.

  2. Kappe (B) am Boden des Kondensators mit einem L-Schlüssel (A) entfernen.

    Anzugsdrehmoment: 2,7 ~ 3.2 N·m

  3. Trocknungsmittel (A) mithilfe einer Spitzzange aus dem Kondensator entfernen. Auf zerkrümeltes Trocknungsmittel und verstopften BodendeckeÖlfilter prüfen.

  4. Apply air conditioning compressor oil to the O-rings and threads of the new bottom cover.

  5. Insert new desiccant into the liquid receiver with the drier insert. The desiccant must be kept sealed under vacuum until it is exposed to air for installation.

  6. Den neuen Bodendeckel am Kondensator anbringen.
