Beschreibung

The ISG function uses the seat belt/door switch to detect whether the driver has fastened the seat belt/closed the door. If the driver has not fastened the seat belt/has not closed the door, the ISG function does not respond. If the seat belt is unfastened or the door is opened, the engine must not be started or stopped by the ISG function for safety reasons.

Repair Procedures

INSPECTION

1. 1

   Vordere Türverkleidung abbauen.

2. 2

   Vordere Türverkleidung Dichtung abbauen.

   (Siehe Karosserie - "Vordertür-Fensterscheibe")

3. 3

   Steckverbinder vom Stellantrieb abziehen.

   Funktion des Stellantriebs durch Anschließen von Strom und Masse wie unten gezeigt überprüfen. Um eine Beschädigung des Stellantriebs zu vermeiden, nur kurzzeitig Batteriespannung anlegen.
