Repair Procedures

Removal

  1. Open the fuel filler door and remove the filler neck assembly mounting bolts (A).

    Filler neck assembly mounting bolt:

    7,8 ~ 11.8 N·m

  2. Lower the vehicle.

  3. Remove the rear LH wheel, tire and inner wheel housing.

  4. Disconnect the filler hose (A), the balance hose (B), and the vent hose (C).

  5. Remove the filler neck assembly from the vehicle by removing the bracket mounting bolt (A).

    Filler neck bracket mounting bolt:

    7,8 ~ 11.8 N·m

Installation

  1. Installation is the reverse of removal.
