  1. Turn the ignition switch and all other switches to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the fuse box cover by pressing the clip and pulling it off.
  3. Check the removed fuse; replace it if it is blown. To remove or install a fuse, use the fuse puller located in the fuse box on the driver's side of the vehicle.
  4. Push in a new fuse with the same rated amperage and make sure it fits tightly in the terminals. If it is loose, contact an authorized Kia dealer.
CAUTION After checking the fuse box in the engine compartment, be sure to reinstall the fuse box cover. Failure to do so may result in damage to the electrical system due to water entering it.
