The replacement of this part is an operation for a side collision and complementary to:

1 - For a front side impact:
front footwell
Partial replacement following section A (see drawing below)

2 - For a rear side impact: side panel lining
centre pillar base reinforcement
sill
Partial replacement following section A (see drawing below)

In the operation described below, you will only find descriptions of the joints specific to the part concerned.

Information on other parts is covered in their respective sections.

The sill reinforcement must also be ordered.
