Removal

PROCEDURE
1. Discharge the air conditioner and recover the refrigerant at a Toyota service station or a specialized workshop.
2. Remove the decorative grille (see subsection 11.26).

3. Disconnect the refrigerant lines from the receiver-drier and plug the lines to prevent moisture entry. Remove one screw and one bolt (indicated by the arrows).
4. Remove the bolt and detach the receiver-drier from the bracket.

Installation

PROCEDURE
1. Install the receiver-drier in the reverse order of removal.
2. Charge the system with refrigerant at the same workshop where the system was discharged.
