PROCEDURE

Турбокомпрессор

Turbocharger 1 – clamp; 2 – air duct from air cleaner; 3 – turbocharger; 4 – oil drain tube from turbocharger; 5 – bracket; 6 – nut; 7 – tube mounting bolt; 8 – spring clip securing exhaust pipe; 9 – O-ring; 10 – exhaust pipe; 11 – gasket; 12 – oil supply tube to turbocharger; 13 – air duct to engine intake pipe; 14 – crankcase ventilation hose clamp

Removal PROCEDURE 1. Disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal. 2. Unscrew the four nuts and disconnect exhaust pipe 10 from the turbocharger. 3. Unscrew the nut securing oil tube 12 and remove the tube. 4. Loosen clamps 1 and remove air duct 13. 5. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from air duct 2 by loosening clamp 14. 6. Loosen clamps 1 and remove air duct 2. 7. Unscrew the four bolts securing the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold and move the turbocharger aside. 8. Unscrew nut 6 on the engine crankcase and unscrew the bracket mounting nut 5. 9. Remove the turbocharger. 10. Unscrew the two bolts 7 from the bottom of the turbocharger and remove tube 4 with its gasket. Install the turbocharger in the reverse order. Tighten the turbocharger mounting bolts to 70 N·m, and the exhaust pipe 10 nuts to 25 N·m. Before connecting oil supply tube 12, fill the turbocharger with oil through the connection opening of tube 12. After installing the turbocharger, start the engine and let it idle so that oil fills all passages. Do not increase engine speed immediately, as this may damage the turbocharger.
