~1min read

Knee Bolsters

Knee bolsters help protect the knees of the driver and front passenger, and position front occupants for better interaction with the front airbags.

  • Do not drill, cut, or modify the knee bolsters under any circumstances.
  • Do not install any accessories on the knee bolsters, such as alarm lights, stereo systems, citizens band radios, etc.

Driver Knee Airbag

This vehicle is equipped with a driver knee airbag located in the instrument panel below the steering column. The driver knee airbag provides additional protection in frontal collisions by working together with the seat belts, pretensioners, and front airbags.
