Driving the Vehicle
Possible Collision Warning
In this manual: Driving the Vehicle
~1min read

If the CMBS determines that a collision with the vehicle ahead or an obstacle is possible, it will warn the driver with audible and visual signals.

The warning sounds as a series of short beeps. A yellow symbol (see illustration) or the flashing message BRAKE appears on the multi-information display. When warnings are activated, take action to avoid a collision: depress the brake pedal, change lanes, etc.

* Depending on the situation, the CMBS may skip the warning stages and go directly to the third stage.
