PROCEDURE

1. Turn the wiper motor on at low speed.
2. With the wire disconnected from terminal 3 of the connector, stop the motor at any position other than the park position.
3. Connect terminals 3 and 5 of the connector.
4. Using jumper wires, connect the battery positive terminal to terminal 6 of the connector and the battery negative terminal to terminal 1.
