Repair Procedures

Removal

1. 1

   Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. 2

   Remove the steering wheel assembly.

   (Refer to Steering System - "Steering Wheel")

3. 3

   Remove the steering wheel pad assembly (A) after loosening the screws.

   

   

4. 4

   Disconnect the connector (A) from the steering wheel remote control.

   

5. 5

   Remove the steering wheel remote control (A) from the face plate after loosening the screws.

   

Installation

1. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Inspection

1. 1

   Check the resistance between terminals at each switch position (LH).

   SEND		40.91 kΩ

2. 2

   Check the resistance between terminals at each switch position (RH).
