Removal and installation

PROCEDURE

Reservoir

1. Turn the washer reservoir filler cap clockwise and remove it.

2. Disconnect the battery ground.

3. Raise the front of the vehicle.

4. Remove the fender protector.

5. Disconnect the connectors from the reservoir.

6. Disconnect the hoses from the reservoir.

7. Release the wiring from the clips and move it aside.

8. Remove the screws and take out the reservoir through the wheel well.

9. Install the reservoir in the reverse order of removal.

Reservoir and Pump

10. Perform steps 2 through 4.

11. Disconnect the hose and connector from the pump.

12. Remove the pump.

13. Install the pump in the reverse order of removal.

Windshield Washer Nozzle

14. Open the hood.

15. Bend back the clips and remove the nozzle.

16. Install the nozzle in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Washer Nozzle (Hatchback)

17. The nozzle is integrated into the wiper arm. Remove the screw, disconnect the hose and remove the nozzle.

18. Install the nozzle in the reverse order of removal.
