Removal and Installation - Front Crankshaft Seal

	303-409 (T92C-6700-CH) Remover, Crankshaft Seal TKIT-1992-FX/FMX/FLMX TKIT-1993-LMX/MX
	303-507 Timing Pin, Crankshaft TDC TKIT-2001N-FLM TKIT-2001N-RYAD

Removal

1. 1
   Remove the crankshaft pulley.
   Refer to: Crankshaft Pulley (Engine 303-01C, Removal and Installation).
2. 2
   Install the old crankshaft pulley bolt.

   Using the special tool, remove and discard the front crankshaft seal.
   Use the Special Service Tools: 303-409 (T92C-6700-CH) Remover, Crankshaft Seal, 303-507 Timing Pin, Crankshaft TDC.

   Remove and discard the crankshaft pulley bolt.

   

Installation

1. 1
   Using the special tool, lubricate and install the front crankshaft seal.
   Refer to: Specifications (Engine 303-01C, Specifications).
   Use the Special Service Tool: 303-096 (T74P-6150-A) Installer, Front Camshaft Seal.

   

2. 2
   Road test the vehicle.
