MUFFLER - COMPONENTS

REMOVAL MAIN MUFFLER

Before starting removal or inspection of exhaust system components, make sure they have sufficiently cooled.

1. Отсоедините основной глушитель от центральной трубы системы выпуска.

1. Disconnect the main muffler from the center exhaust pipe.

2. Снимите резинометаллические кронштейны и снимите основной глушитель.

2. Remove the rubber mounting brackets and remove the main muffler.

CENTER EXHAUST PIPE (WITH FRONT MUFFLER)

1. Отсоедините центральную трубу системы выпуска (с передним глушителем) от приемной

1. Disconnect the center exhaust pipe (with front muffler) from the exhaust front pipe on one side and from the main muffler on the other side.

2. Remove the rubber mounting brackets, then remove the center exhaust pipe (with front muffler).

EXHAUST FRONT PIPE

1. Remove the bolts securing the exhaust front pipe bracket and disconnect the exhaust front pipe from the catalytic converter.

2. Remove the bolts securing the exhaust front pipe to the center exhaust pipe (with front muffler).

INSTALLATION

1. Install the exhaust system components in the following order: first the exhaust front pipe, then the center exhaust pipe and the main muffler. Temporarily tighten the exhaust system component mountings.

2. Securely tighten the exhaust system component mountings. Make sure the exhaust system components do not contact any body parts of the vehicle.
