Air Filter (for evaporator and blower unit) (if equipped)

The air filter is installed in the air intake duct behind the washer fluid reservoir. It prevents dirt from entering the vehicle.

Replacement Instructions:

1. Open the hood.

2. Remove the clamps (5 EA) from the air intake duct and replace the filter.

3. Installation is the reverse of removal.

CAUTION:

• Replace the filter every 20,000 km (12,000 miles) or once a year. If the vehicle is operated under severe conditions, such as dusty or rough roads, more frequent inspection and replacement of the air filter is required.

• If the airflow suddenly decreases, have the vehicle inspected by an authorized dealer.
