Tire Rotation
To even out tread wear, HYUNDAI recommends rotating the tires every 12,000 km (7,500 miles), or sooner if uneven wear appears.
When rotating the tires, check that the tires are properly balanced.
When rotating the tires, check for uneven wear or damage. Abnormal wear is usually caused by incorrect inflation pressure, improper alignment, unbalanced wheels, and hard braking and cornering.
Look for bulges or cuts in the tread or on the sidewall of the tire.
Replace the tire if any of these conditions is found. Replace it if the cords or plies are visible.
After rotating the tires, set the front and rear tire pressures to the specified values and check that the wheel nuts are tightened properly.
Refer to "Wheels and Tyres" in section 8.

Disc brake pads must be checked for signs of wear every time the tires are rotated.
NOTE
Rotate radial tires with a directional tread pattern only from front to rear axle, not from side to side.
WARNING - Do not use the temporary spare tire for rotation. - Never use bias-ply and radial tires on the same vehicle. This can cause abnormal handling characteristics, which may result in serious injury, death, or property damage.Test yourself
