FCA Warning Message and Control System
FCA provides warning messages and warning sounds according to collision risk levels, such as sudden stopping of the vehicle ahead, insufficient braking distance, or detection of pedestrians. It also controls the brakes according to collision risk levels.
The driver can select the initial warning activation timing in the User Settings on the LCD display. Options for the initial Forward Collision Warning include early, normal, or late initial warning timing.

CAUTION
The driver must always exercise extreme caution when operating the vehicle, regardless of whether there is a warning message or alarm from the FCA system.
WARNING
Brake control cannot completely stop the vehicle or avoid all collisions. The driver is responsible for driving safely and controlling the vehicle.
WARNING
The FCA system logic operates based on certain parameters, such as the distance to the vehicle or pedestrian ahead, the speed of the vehicle ahead, and the driver's vehicle speed. Certain conditions such as bad weather and road conditions may affect FCA system operation.
WARNING
Never intentionally drive dangerously to activate the system.
