expansion

  1. Remove the transaxle.

    (Refer to Manual Transmission)

  2. Remove the flywheel.

    (Refer to Cylinder Block Assembly - Flywheel)

  3. Remove the rear oil seal (A).

Installation

  1. Using the special service tools (09214-03100, 09231-H1100) and a plastic hammer, drive in the new oil seal (A) until the surface of the special service tool is flush with the cylinder block.

    The depth of the oil seal (A) from the cylinder block surface is 0.2 - 0.8 mm.

  2. Install the remaining parts in the reverse order of removal.
