Air conditioner compressor oil circulates through the system while the compressor is operating. When replacing any air conditioning system component or when there is a significant refrigerant leak, add oil to the system to maintain the original oil quantity.

Oil Capacity: 140–160 cm3

Oil Condition

PROCEDURE

1. The oil must not contain moisture, dust, metal particles, etc.
2. Do not mix different types of oil.
3. Moisture content in the oil increases if it is left open to the air for a long time. After use, the oil container must be sealed immediately.

Check the oil level or add oil with the engine running at idle speed and with the fan at high speed.

When replacing components, make sure to add only the specified quantity of oil.

Oil quantity to add when replacing:
Evaporator: 40 cm3
Condenser: 25 cm3
Receiver/Drier: 40 cm3
Compressor: 30 cm3
Hose: 15 cm3
