IGNITION SWITCH

LOCK: The engine stops and the steering wheel is locked. The key can only be inserted and removed in this position.

ACC: The engine stops, but the radio, cigarette lighter, and other accessories can operate.

ON: The engine runs and all electrically powered systems can operate.

START: The starter operates. Release the key after the engine starts; it will automatically return to the "ON" position.

1. If the engine stops while driving, the brake booster will stop functioning and braking effectiveness will decrease.

2. Do not leave the key in the "ON" position for a long time when the engine is not running; this will discharge the battery.

3. Do not turn the key to the "START" position while the engine is running; this may damage the starter.
