PARKING BRAKE

To park the vehicle, first bring it to a complete stop, fully apply the parking brake, then place the shift lever in first gear or reverse. Move the shift lever in either direction.

1. To apply, pull the lever up without pressing the button on the end of the handle.

2. To release, pull the lever slightly, press the button on the end of the handle, and then push it down.
