Repair Procedures

Installation and Removal

  1. Untere Motorraumabdeckung abbauen.

    (Siehe Motor und Getriebe - "Untere Motorraumabdeckung")

  2. Steckverbinder abziehen und Öldruckschalter (B) abbauen (A).

    Anzugsdrehmoment: 7,8 ~ 11.8 N·m

  3. Der Einbau erfolgt in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge des Ausbaus.

INSPECTION

  1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the continuity between the terminal and the switch body.

    Wenn kein Durchgang vorhanden ist, Öldruckschalter ersetzen.

  2. Check for continuity between the terminal and the body while pressing the fine wire. If current still passes, the switch must be replaced.

  3. If there is no continuity while a vacuum of 49.0 kPa (0.50 kgf/cm²) is applied to the oil hole, the oil pressure switch is functioning properly.

    Check for air leakage. If air leaks through, the diaphragm is damaged. Replace the oil pressure switch.
