Inspection

  1. Check the CKPS and CMPS signal waveform using the GDS.

    Specification: Refer to "Waveform"

Removal

  1. Turn the ignition OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector (A) and remove the sensor (B) after removing the mounting bolt.

Installation

  1. Installation is the reverse of removal. Crankshaft Position Sensor Mounting Bolt: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N·m
