PROCEDURE

Door glass 1 – window regulator guide; 2 – window regulator; 3 – latch; 4 – door; 5 – seal; 6 – trim; 7 – molding; 8 – guide; 9 – screw; 10 – glass; 11 – seal; 12 – door handle; 13 – protective film; 14 – screw; 15 – lower outer seal; 16 – lower inner seal; 17 – lock; 18, – seal; 19, 20, 21 – bolts

Removal PROCEDURE 1. Remove the door panel trim (refer to subsection 11.16). 2. Remove the protective film 13. 3. Lower the glass 10. 4. Unscrew the screws 19 securing the glass to the window regulator slider and lower the glass down. 5. Unscrew the upper and lower bolts 9 securing the guide 8 and remove the guide 8 through the lower part of the door (only on vehicles built before 07.1987). 6. Unhook the edges of the seal 5 of the quarter glass and remove the triangular quarter glass (only on vehicles built before 07.1987). 7. Remove the seal 5. 8. Remove the lower inner 16 and outer 15 seals. 9. Remove the glass 10 through the upper part of the door. Installation Install the door glass in the reverse order of removal.
