PROCEDURE

Wheel Arch Liner Mounting 1 – wheel arch liner; 2 – push-in fastener; 3 – washer; 4 – screw; 5 – locating pin; arrow – position of the liner screw mounting holes

Removal PROCEDURE 1. Loosen the front wheel bolts. 2. Raise the front of the vehicle and support it on stands. 3. Remove the wheel. 4. Unscrew the screws 4 securing the wheel arch liner 1 and remove them together with the washers 3.

5. Turn the wheel arch liner 1 by 90° around the longitudinal axis of the vehicle and, pulling out the locating pin 5 at the front, remove the liner. Installation PROCEDURE 1. Install the wheel arch liner 1, inserting the locating pin 5 into the hole at the front of the wheel arch recess. 2. Screw the screws 4 together with the washers 3 into the push-in fasteners 2. 3. Start the wheel bolts by hand. 4. Lower the vehicle to the ground. 5. Tighten the wheel bolts to a torque of 110 N·m.
