Enganche retráctil

El enganche retráctil está diseñado para remolcar un remolque o montar un portabicicletas. El enganche puede retraerse o extenderse fácilmente según sea necesario. Cuando está retraído, el enganche queda completamente oculto.

Plegado del enganche

   Abra el portón trasero. Hay un botón para accionar el enganche en el lado derecho, en la parte trasera del compartimento de carga. La luz indicadora fija de color naranja en el botón indica que la función de plegado está activa.

   Press the button and release – pressing too long on the button may prevent the hitch from folding out.

   

   El enganche se desplegará hacia afuera y hacia abajo hasta una posición desbloqueada; la luz indicadora parpadeará en naranja. El enganche está listo para moverse a la posición bloqueada.

   Move the hitch to its end position, where it will lock in place – the indicator lamp will glow steadily orange.

   • El enganche ya está listo para su uso.

Retracción del enganche

   Open the tailgate. Press the button on the rear, right-hand side of the cargo compartment and release. Pressing too long on the button may prevent the hitch from folding in.

   • The hitch will automatically fold down to the unlocked position and the indicator light in the button will flash orange.

   Secure the hitch into position by pushing it back to its retracted position under the bumper, where it will lock into place.

   • The indicator light in the button will now glow steadily if the hitch is correctly locked in the retracted position.

   

Portabicicletas montado en el enganche

Antes de instalar bicicletas en el portabicicletas, tenga en cuenta que:

• The maximum weight for the bicycle holder including bicycles is 130 lbs/60 kg. For example: holder 40 lbs + bicycle 30 lbs + bicycle 30 lbs = 100 lbs total > OK
• No instale más de dos bicicletas.

El centro de gravedad no debe superar las dimensiones:

   642 mm (25 2/7 ")

   

• Nunca utilice adaptadores ni extensores de enganche.
• Utilícelo solo para remolcar. No monte accesorios directamente en la bola del enganche. Utilice accesorios diseñados para montarse en el soporte cuadrado del enganche. No utilice accesorios diseñados para proteger alrededor del punto de anclaje de la bola.
